| Description:
A stand alone 39,500 square foot pre-engineered steel building connected to the main plant via a 16' x 40' connector building. The new facility will be used for expanded manufacturing and warehousing for the Williamsburg Fruniture operation. The building features 20' eaves, 6" concrete floor and a 800 amp electrical service. There are 4 recessed loading docks. |
