| Description:
1660 Gateway Court was the first building developed in the area by Southern Cross Investments who is also the developer of Fairfax Park. The Gateway Court building is a pre-engineered steel package featuring a grade level door, recessed loading dock and ample office space with convenient parking. The facility is currently 12,500 square feet but is easily expandable to 18,000 and can be used for light manufacturing or distribution. |
