Project: Fairfax Park
Description: Fairfax Park is a 6 acre development located on the southwest side of Elkhart on Charlotte Ave. The Park contains 4 pre-engineered steel buildings designed for light manufacturing or warehousing operations. Two of the buildings are 12,500 square feet and two are 18,000 square feet. Each building has a grade level door, recessed loading docks and ample office space with convenient parking. The project is being developed by Southern Cross Investments,LLC.
