When we look to hire the Indiana Commercial Builder they need to be able to do all the Carpentry along with the Drywall and Studs.  So what we are looking f or is a Indiana Commercial Builder who does it all.  We do not want to take the time to hire others to do Carpentry like the Drywall and Studs in the Indiana building.  The Indiana Commercial Builder will not only need to do the Drywall and Studs and all Carpentry but they will need to be able to have the project completed by the date we state.  We will not be in the state at the time of the building so we do have a lot of requirements.
