Before we can be approved for the loan for the Commercial Real Estate in South Bend we will need to get an Appraisal done.  The bank we used said that they would find an Appraiser in South Bend for our Commercial Real Estate.  We are hoping that the Appraiser will be able to do the Appraisal within the next couple of days in South Bend.  Once the Appraisal is done in South Bend we can move forward with the loan on the Commercial Real Estate.
