We do not want the Appraiser to come to our building in Elkhart until the General Contractor is done with his work.  The Elkhart General Contractor has quite a bit of Carpentry that still needs to be completed.  Without the Carpentry being done by the Elkhart General Contractor the Appraiser can not give correct appraisal.  We have a lot riding on this building so we need to get the Elkhart General Contractor to move it along and finish the Carpentry.  We want to get this on the market next month and can not do so without the appraisal from the Elkhart Appraiser.
