The appraiser in Northern Indiana had to contact my husband

We had heard from an appraiser in Northern Indiana that did an appraisal and gave us the valuation of our property. I was unsure about all the information the appraiser gave us on the appraisal and valuation in Northern Indiana. My husband on the other hand knew what was going on. So, the next time I heard from the Northern Indiana appraiser about the appraisal and the valuation I told him he should contact my husband. I was going to stay out of everything.
