I met the Appraiser at the bank in Goshen when I got my loan.  The loan was to build the building for my business.  The Goshen Appraiser gave me the name of a local Commercial Contractor and Builder.  The Appraiser in Goshen had said that this Commercial Contractor and Builder by far was the best in the area.  He had never seen poor work from the Goshen Commercial Contractor and Builder.  He also took me to see some of the work done by the Goshen Commercial Contractor.  After viewing his previous work I was sold on the quality and quickly tried to hire the Goshen Commercial Builder.
